Standard yacht charters come with experienced crew members, essential safety gear, fuel for the voyage, and a selection of basic drinks and snacks. For special trips, like sunset excursions, we include a wider range of beverages and light snacks, whereas business charters feature amenities suited for professional settings such as meeting spaces and corporate-focused dining arrangements.

To secure your desired date, we advise reserving your charter 2–3 weeks before the wanted departure, especially during our high-demand period from May to September. Aim to book 4–6 weeks prior for company gatherings or personal functions to ensure ample selection and customization time.

Your safety remains our primary concern. In case our captain determines that weather conditions are not safe for sailing, we will propose either a new date for your sailing experience or provide a complete refund. We continuously monitor the weather forecast and will reach out to you with updates 24 hours before the scheduled departure if the forecast is concerning.

Yes, you may come with your own edibles and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition to this, we offer excellent bespoke catering options tailored to your taste preferences. Note that for security reasons, we do not allow glass containers onboard.

We are committed to making our services accessible to all guests. While some vessels are fitted with better features for accessibility, we encourage you to discuss your specific needs at the time of booking. We'll guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make necessary arrangements to accommodate your requirements.

Should you cancel your booking 72 hours or more prior to departure, you are eligible for a full reimbursement. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in instances of inclement weather or mechanical difficulties originating from our end.
